1923 Bromley Atlas, Plate 17.
Big, beautiful and original! 23 by 33 linen map of 42nd Ward between Chew Street and Somerville Avenue, and Wagner Avenue and Ogontz Avenue. This map prominently features the campus of the Widener Memorial Training School. The school was founded in 1902 and was a special admittance school for those with physical disabilities. It remains in use today. The map also features a Jewish Hospital land groupings that you might know better as the Einstein Medical Center. This campus opened in 1873 and holds the Henry S. Frank Memorial Synagogue (built in 1901).
Please examine photos closely for condition. Minor tanning around edges, otherwise good condition.
